Psychics are technically people who are unable to use magic due to lacking the proper blood, thus being unable to perform it. However, technically, the Psychic users are still in an experimental phase, as people are currently researching how to create them and haven't perfected the formula to give people the abilities. While Magicians usually gather magical and elemental energy from around the in their surroundings, Psychics draw the power from within themselves granting them their own unique abilities and an increase in physical strength and endurance. However, very few Psychics actually exist as they are currently only because its often called a rumor as its only in the experimental process. Like Magicians they are hidden and only some of the top members of the government actually know about them.
